Press release of the office of the spokesperson of the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training
On 31 January 2023, the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training issued a press release on the intervention of providing compensation for the termination of employment contracts in accordance with the labor law to former employees of NagaWorld. As of this press release date, 262 out of 373 former employees have agreed to accept compensation for the termination of their employment contract with the company. There are 111 employees who refused to accept compensation. The National Employment Agency (NEA) of the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training will be ready to help facilitate new job opportunities for former employees as well.
